Ever dream of raising your own food, but don't have the time, room, etc?  We can offer you the next best thing.  We offer half and whole hogs for your freezer.  As well as USDA Cuts of our Kurobuta Berkshire Pork.  

Our pork is humanely raised on our small family farm, we are California proposition 12 compliant.  We only feed organic, non GMO Feeds, and are antibiotic and hormone free.

Kurobuta Berkshire Pork is a specialty, that doesn't come from any ordinary animal. Kurobuta comes from a herritage breed pig that is over 300 years old, native to Berkshire England. Berkshire pork is known for its marbled fat with a lower melting point, resulting in a distinct buttery flavor. This pork is the closest local farm to table, quality pork to be found.  Listed price is per pound of your porks hanging carcass weight at the butcher. A deposit will be paid to secure your pork, the remaining balance is charged at the time the carcass weight is obtained.

 Carcass weights vary, average weight for a half hog is 90 pounds.  Price for a registered, half share of Kurobuta is $7.50/Pound hang weight + Butcher Fees.

 Carcass weights vary, average weight is 180 pounds.  Price listed is for a crossbred, whole hog.  Crossbred hogs can be any combination of Duroc, Yorkshire, Hampshire & Berkshire. $3.75/Pound hang weight + Butcher Fees.
